Introduction:
It is mad of high temperature' electrical calcined anthracite as main a material, medium temperate pitch as binder, through forming, high temperature baking, final precision machining. It features good thermal conductivity and alkaline resistance. It is economic and practical, and mainly applied for blast furnace bottom.
Specific Application: Carbon block, used for hearth of submerged arc furnace; semi graphite carborundum carbon block, used for its taphole. Microporous carbon and semi graphite carbon brick, used for hearth of blast furnace.
Service Life: Submerged arc furnace, 48 months MIN; blast furnace, 72 months MIN.
