② high load softening temperature: EAF steelmaking process is under high temperature load conditions, and the furnace to withstand the erosion of molten steel, so the refractory material must have a high load softening temperature.
③ good thermal stability: EAF steel from the steel to the charge within a few minutes of rapid temperature changes, the temperature dropped from the original 1600 ℃ suddenly dropped to below 900 ℃, and therefore requires good thermal stability of refractories.
④ slag resistance is good: in the steelmaking process, slag, furnace gas, molten steel on the refractory company material has a strong chemical erosion effect, so the refractory should have good slag resistance.
